Things to note during your stay at Barefoot Villas

• Please give us 24 hours notice for room cleaning services, unless it’s an emergency or an accident requiring immediate attention.

• Please call us before 3 PM if you need any new room supplies, wood purchases, amenities, etc., before our office closes.

• During the busy season in the Summer, when we are fully booked, the office will close after 3 PM, but we will be available by phone until 6 PM.

• If you have any complaints or concerns, please let us know immediately by calling the office.

• During your checkout, please place all dirty towels inside the tub. Also, please do not strip the bed, as our housekeeping team needs to check the bedding for stains before washing.

• Please dispose of any garbage directly in our black trailer U-Dump located outside in the yard, or ask one of our staff for assistance. Recycling bottles can be placed in the recycling bags provided by the company, located in front of your cabin or at the corner unit.

Laundromat

Laundromat services are available on site from May 1st to October 1st. Please bring loonies and toonies, or visit our office for change or laundry soap.
