Christina Lake & Beach

Christina Lake is legendary for its warm, clean water and sandy beaches, making it a firm favourite with swimmers, boaters, jet-skiers and those wanting to relax whilst gazing over the clear calm blue waters. The provincial park has beautiful beaches, picnic areas and shady grove trees for those who like to be outside, but shaded.

The shallow waters stretch out a good distance offering ideal wading for younger children; and for those more adventurous, there are plenty of areas for more energetic swimming.

Long summer days and excellent temperatures ensure warm lake waters and a wonderful time for all.

Kingsley beach

Kingsley beach is a historical area, at the end of Kingsley Road, just off of Highway #3, once housing the original Christina Lake Motel and Restaurant and  Dance Pavilion, a popular summer retreat spot in the 1900’s which brought in several visitors from all over the Boundary and the Kootenays to enjoy live music, dancing and dining. This beautiful beach and area continues to bring generations of families to relive their summertime memories and create new ones with their loved ones.


Christina Creek

Christina Creek is the perfect beach to enjoy swimming and summer activities. Located  along Christina Creek Trail, with shady areas, a great escape on those hot summer days with beautiful scenic views , immersed among the tall ponderosa pines and the mountains opening up to the valley a wonderful area to hike, take a stroll on the beach, swim or  kayak and immerse yourself in the beautiful nature around.

Gladstone Provincial Park

Texas point; also known as Gladstone Provincial Park and Campground. Gladstone Provincial Park features a beautiful public access beach. The beach is  more secluded and oftentimes not very busy. Visitors feel like they have access to their own private portion of the beach. The south side of the intimate beach also features a dog-friendly area perfect for a walk with your furry friend!
